Yep, I work on several models at once for the reason you guessed. But now I have too many models on my work table and it's starting to get harder juggling them all.
As for how I organize my work flow, there's not much to elaborate on really.
It consists of selecting a subject, doing source material research, scribbling lots of rough thumbnail sketches to input the design in my head and then finding the time to sculpt whenever I can.
